Frenchman’s Reserve

Frenchman’s Reserve is set in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens and offers an intimate, amenity-rich club environment with just 391 homes comprising of Chambord coach homes and 50 custom-built homes mostly of Mediterranean design. Homes here are priced from $500,000 to $4M. There is an 18-hole Arnold Palmer signature golf course woven throughout the community and amenities such as the Grande clubhouse, spa, salon and fitness center, formal and casual dining options, seven lighted Hydrogrid clay tennis courts, a multi-sports court, a resort-style outdoor pool, and whirlpool, men and women’s locker facilities, and a kids CORE club. There is also a collection of guest suites on site for member’s guests. Member’s families and their guests can stay a maximum of two consecutive weeks at a time. Frenchman’s Reserve is an equity club with a membership requirement. There are two memberships offered at Frenchman’s Reserve: the full golf equity and the social/sports equity membership.
